Construction of the Mark condominium building has begun. Located at 1400 State St. between Pineapple and Lemon, this $50 million 11-story building will feature 157 condo units, 35,000 SF of retail space, and 11,000 SF of office space. This building, along with many of the other commercial real estate projects in Downtown Sarasota, will be an investment in Sarasota’s growth, as more people are drawn to Sarasota by its unique charm and business opportunities. Look forward to seeing the completed Mark in Downtown Sarasota as of late 2019.
