Len Smally has purchased a 33,416 SF plot of vacant land located at 551 N. Indiana Ave. in Englewood, Florida from Dr. Charles Eager for $165,000. The land is located on the intersection of two busy roads and is zoned for office, medical, and institutional buildings. Smally plans to develop the property some time in the future.
