AJ Nassar has purchased 3983 Destination Dr. Ste. 104 from the Bay Street Commercial Condominium Association for $190,000. This 1,262 SF ground floor fully built out retail/office suite will be the new home of Kapri Couture, a women’s and girl’s apparel store featuring 70’s Bohemian-inspired fashion. Like the other condos in the Bay Street Town Center, this unit enjoys an average daily traffic count of +/- 40,000 vehicles per day, thanks to its proximity to the lucrative Tamiami Tr.
