  1. Richwill Holdings LLC purchased 250-280 W. Dearborn St., Englewood, FL  along busy W. Dearborn St. from NJT, LLC.  This well located 5,754/SF office building sold for $640,000 and features several offices, dual entrances, ample parking and a great location.

  1. Seekie, LLC purchased 3976 Destination Dr., Ste. 204, Englewood, FL  within the beautiful Bay Street Towncenter from BayStreet Partners, LLC.  This 1,350/SF 2ndfloor office shell suite sold for $155,000 and represents the last Developer owned unit in Bay St. Towncenter.
