Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

Giovanni Migliorini of Café Epicure, Carlo Piras (former owner of Café Americano) and Maurice Connaughton (Broker of Sarasota Signature Real Estate) have purchased a highly visible unit to the entry of the Bay Street Town Center for $310,000. The Bay Street Town Center, located at 3976 Destination Drive in Osprey, is a well-located mixed-use retail/office development with a daily traffic count of about 40,000 vehicles. Suite 101 consists of 2,337 SF of first floor retail space, currently in empty shell condition. The buyers will be outfitting the space for dining and opening an Italian breakfast and lunch restaurant in the near future.
