Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

Dr. Carlos Realpe of SleepMed Therapy, Inc. has leased Suite 170 of the building located at 5432 Bee Ridge Rd from Wayne Rasmassen of RMS Bee Ridge, Inc. The suite, which is about 1,500 SF in area, is currently being used for oxygen therapy and CPAP. SleepMed develops advanced technology for diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. Dr. Realpe will be opening a new SleepMed medical office in the space.
