Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

John Connaughton, Giovanni Migliorini of Café Epicure, and Carlo Piras (former owner of Café Americano) have purchased Suite 102 of 3976 Destination Drive for $125,000. This building, along with 3983 Destination Drive, make up the Bay Street Town Center, a retail, restaurant, and office center consisting of suites sold as condominiums. The Town Center is located next to busy Tamiami Trail and its tenants consequentially enjoy daily traffic counts of roughly 40,000 vehicles per day.

Suite 102 is 1,136 SF in area, and was sold in an empty shell state. The trio had previously purchased the adjacent unit, 101, which they are currently remodeling into an Italian breakfast and lunch restaurant. They plan to expand the restaurant into unit 102 as well, for a total of approximately 3,473 SF of floor space.
