Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

Celeste Parks has purchased 61,155 SF of vacant land located at 3232 S. Beneva Rd. from First Southern Beneva, LLC for $450,000. Located between Webber St. and Bee Ridge Rd., the land is zoned RMF-4, creating the potential for a new development within close proximity of Downtown Sarasota, golf courses, beaches, and I-75.
