Massey & Massey continue to close deals!

On Monday, May 2nd, developer and entrepreneur Henry Rodriguez purchased the Elephant Ears Suites located at 1800 Stickney Pt. Rd. from Jonathon and Michael Jones for $1.9 million.

This gorgeous little hotel complex contains 21 completely updated units distributed between three buildings. The units range from standard to deluxe units, and all have kitchenettes. The hotel is also walking distance from shopping and beautiful Siesta Key beach. Rodriguez plans to remodel the complex into a four star hotel, similar to some of his other investments, including the Nokomis Inn & Suites in Nokomis.
