Eric Massey played a central role in persuading, assisting, and representing Michael and Drayton Saunders in their endeavor to lease the first floor suite of the building located on 1605 Main Street, also known as the Ellis Bank Building. Both Michael and Drayton, initially skeptical, were hesitant to open themselves up to the possibility of spending the resources needed to lease and relocate to a space that didn’t immediately seem viable, but after a great deal of diligence, networking, research, and negotiation, Eric was able to convey the true potential he saw in the space to Michael and Drayton. Eric would go on to represent the Saunders when they brokered the lease with the building’s lessor, Sarasota Ellis Associates, LLC.
