Here’s an interview with Eric Massey about First Responders Appreciation Month (FRAM), a new annual event arranged by Eric Massey and the Sarasota Downtown Improvement District. This event’s goal is to express the Downtown Sarasota community’s gratitude for the service of Sarasota’s First Responders by wearing patriotic colors and pins, displaying a FRAM flag, having students write thank you letters to First Responders, and rewarding First Responders with $50 meal vouchers redeemable at several restaurants and cafes in Downtown Sarasota. The event has been a success and Eric and the DID look forward to hosting it again in 2018.
