Here is the June edition of the Downtown Real Estate Development in Progress Report, a monthly report provided by the City of Sarasota outlining all major development projects situated in Downtown Sarasota. As usual, new information in the report is indicated in red text. A few new projects have been added this month: A mixed use property on Ringling Blvd. and four residential townhomes at 731 Rowe Place. Several other projects made more headway by obtaining building permits or receiving approval to site plans.
