Here’s Downtown Economic Development Coordinator Norm Gollub’s May 2016 Downtown Development Report. This report contains the statuses of all the major development projects planned for Downtown Sarasota. Unfortunately, this will be Gollub’s last report for a time, as he has accepted a position in Washington, however he may return after summer with more reports.
One new project has been added since last month: The BOTA Center, a former Badcock Furniture building located on the Boulevard of the Arts that is being renovated for commercial users by Howard Davis.
