Sarasota developer DM Constructors, LLC is forming a joint venture company with Tampa and West Palm Beach based developer KAST Construction. KAST mainly specializes in condominiums and is currently working on three projects in Downtown Sarasota: the VUE, Westin Hotel, and the Mark. DM Constructors specializes mainly in health care projects. Although the joint venture company’s upcoming projects have yet to be unveiled, it would not be surprising if they plan to contribute to the growing list of commercial developments in Downtown Sarasota.
