Ace Granite has leased 22,000 SF of industrial flex space located at 3935 N. Washington Blvd. Founded by husband and wife Miro and Vany Andrade in 2001, Ace Granite will expand the company’s range to include Sarasota, in addition to their Longwood, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa stores. Ace Granite stocks a wide selection of high quality granite and marble as well as quartzite, travertine, and onyx, hand selected from Grade A suppliers all over the world.

The space’s building is situated on a large 1.65 acre lot located on 301 between Downtown Sarasota and University Parkway featuring ample parking, two loading docks on site, and excellent signage and exposure. The interior space features an open floor plan.
