Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

525 Rawls, Inc. has purchased the multifamily space located at 525 Rawls Ave. from Siesta Key Management for $530,000. This 1,316 SF historical five plex, originally constructed in 1920, consists of four studios and one one bed/one bath. Each unit enjoys a personal patio and a lovely ground floor common courtyard. The building is located on the east side of Rawls Ave. between Laurel St. and Cherry Ln., and is within walking distance of downtown Sarasota’s many attractions. The new owner plans to continue using the property as an extended stay motel.
