Digital VS Film, LLC has purchased the 8,347 SF multi-tenant office building located at 2937 Bee Ridge Rd. from Suncoast Group Holdings, LLC for $1,450,000. This building, located on super busy Bee Ridge Rd., contains a total of 11 suites, 10 of which feature a kitchenette and all of which feature an ADA compliant bathroom. The building is equipped with a centrally located elevator, providing easy access to the second floor for all ages. The exterior features 33 parking spaces and visibility enjoyed by an average of approximately 45,000 cars each day.
