The Regent Group, LLC has leased a 1,451 SF building located at 238 Links Ave. to Melanie Smith of Indigo Montessori School. This building, located in charming and historic Towles Court, is zoned DTE and features two bathrooms, multiple rooms, spacious outdoor seating, and exquisite shade from large, mature oak trees. Smith plans to use the space to open a Montessori preschool, a special type of preschool that emphasizes learning through all five senses and at the children’s pace.

This is a wonderful new addition to Towles Ct. and Downtown Sarasota.
