Massey & Massey continue to close deals!

Royal Palm Dr., LLC has purchased three multi-family low rise buildings located at 910, 918, and 926 Royal Palm Dr. from Living Transitions, LLC for $1,100,000. The buildings total to twelve units distributed across 1.4 acres of land. All three buildings were renovated ten years ago and remain in great condition. The buildings are near the end of a quiet cul de sac in a beautiful well established neighborhood, near parks, museums, beaches and dining venues.
