Here is the July edition of the Downtown Real Estate Development in Progress Report, a monthly report provided by the City of Sarasota outlining all major development projects situated in Downtown Sarasota. As usual, new information in the report is indicated in red text. No new projects have been added to the list, but some updates include the completion of the Jewel at 1301 Main St., a renaming of the Urban Flats project at 1401 Fruitville Rd. to Arcos, and the designation of the sixth building of the Artisan on Main at 41 School Ave. as consisting of seven townhome units.
