Ryan Perrone of Nautilus Homes, Inc. purchased 7126 S. Beneva Rd. from SCDMH Sarasota Care, LLC for $560,000 on Friday, April 1st, 2016. The property consists of 27,135 SF of vacant land. Nautilus Homes plans to relocate their primary place of business to this location.
