JEBCO Ventures has announced it will be constructing a 116 unit waterfront condominium by Whitaker Bayou called The Strand. The condo will consist of 76 waterfront units and 40 garden/pool view units distributed across three buildings. The waterfront property will also have 47 boat slips available to boat owners who wish to enjoy boating on the lovely Whitaker Bayou. Pricing starts in the $500,000s. The Strand will offer a new housing option to those who would like to live a short drive away from Downtown Sarasota – look forward to touring their model units in the next couple years.
